Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Actively prospect, identify, and qualify new sales leads through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking events.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls and needs-analysis sessions to thoroughly understand a prospect's business challenges, objectives, and pain points.
  • Develop and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition and address specific client needs.
  • Build and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), providing regular forecasts to sales management.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective and existing client organizations.
  • Skillfully negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards individual and team goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's product suite and services to act as a subject matter expert for potential customers.
  • Craft strategic account plans for high-potential clients to map out engagement strategies and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at industry trade shows, conferences, and other networking functions to generate leads.
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads in a timely and effective manner, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Overcome client objections and concerns by providing clear, persuasive responses and demonstrating a strong understanding of their business context.

  • Diligently maintain and update all customer and sales activity data in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
