Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Greet customers warmly as they approach the checkout area, creating a welcoming and positive final impression of their shopping experience.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, and mobile payments.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies, ensuring a hassle-free process for the customer.
- Meticulously balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, accounting for all transactions and ensuring discrepancies are identified and reported.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout station, ensuring bags, receipt paper, and other necessary supplies are always available.
