Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for event attendees, proactively greeting guests, answering questions, and providing detailed information about schedules, venue maps, and activities.
- Facilitate a smooth and efficient guest check-in process, including scanning tickets, verifying credentials, distributing wristbands, and managing registration lines to minimize wait times.

- Manage crowd flow and monitor specific zones or stations, ensuring guest safety, enforcing venue rules, and communicating any potential issues to security or management.

- Gather and organize event materials, equipment, and supplies post-event, ensuring everything is accounted for, properly packed, and stored for future use.
- Support vendors and partners by directing them to their designated spaces, providing basic logistical information, and acting as a point of contact for immediate needs.
