Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline of new business opportunities for service contracts and maintenance agreements.
- Conduct thorough needs-analysis with prospective clients to understand their operational challenges, technical requirements, and business objectives.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions and customized service solutions that align directly with client needs and deliver measurable ROI.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact and lead generation through to contract negotiation, closing, and handover to the service delivery team.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target client organizations.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure profitability and mutual satisfaction.
