Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
  • Draft compelling, high-quality, and platform-specific copy for posts across all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm, plan, and create visually appealing content such as graphics, short-form videos, and GIFs.
  • Manage and maintain a detailed and forward-looking social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely stream of content.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer, optimizing for peak engagement times.
  • Actively monitor all social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages, responding in a timely and professional manner that reflects the brand's tone.
  • Foster and nurture an engaged online community by initiating conversations, responding to user-generated content, and building relationships with followers and brand advocates.
  • Track, analyze, and compile reports on key social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rate, follower growth, website clicks) on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Conduct ongoing research on emerging social media trends, new platform features, and relevant industry news to provide actionable insights and fresh recommendations to the team.

  • Help coordinate influencer outreach, product seeding, and tracking of influencer campaign deliverables and performance.
  • Source and curate relevant user-generated content (UGC), ensuring proper permissions and credits are obtained before sharing across brand channels.
  • Provide support for paid social media advertising campaigns, which may include audience research, ad copy creation, and basic performance monitoring.
