Primary Functions
- Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive library of technical training materials, including instructor-led course content, participant guides, hands-on lab exercises, and presentation slide decks.
- Deliver dynamic and engaging technical training sessions to diverse audiences, including new hires, existing employees, partners, and external clients, across various formats like classroom instruction, virtual webinars, and workshops.

- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading and organizing course content, managing user enrollment, tracking learner progress, and generating completion reports.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by creating and implementing assessments, quizzes, and post-training surveys to measure knowledge retention and practical application.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to stay informed about product updates, new features, and upcoming releases to ensure all training content is accurate and current.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's products and technologies, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and external users.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses (TNA) by interviewing stakeholders, surveying users, and analyzing support ticket data to identify knowledge gaps and define learning objectives.
- Customize and tailor training content and delivery methods to meet the specific needs of different business units, teams, or enterprise clients.
- Manage the logistics and coordination for training sessions, including scheduling, room booking, virtual meeting setup, and communication with participants.
- Provide "train-the-trainer" sessions for other internal facilitators, subject matter experts, and department leads to enable them to deliver specific content effectively.
- Actively gather and analyze feedback from training participants and their managers to drive the continuous improvement of curriculum, materials, and delivery techniques.
- Develop and maintain a virtual training lab environment or sandbox, ensuring it is functional and ready for hands-on exercises during training sessions.
