Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and articulate a clear, long-term technology vision and strategic roadmap that directly supports and advances the company's strategic goals and market position.
  • Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and data centers, to ensure high levels of availability, security, and performance.
  • Direct the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for all in-house applications, from conception and design through to deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life.

  • Champion and lead major digital transformation initiatives across the organization, working cross-functionally to re-engineer processes and improve the customer experience.
