Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Proactively engage with customers to create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience from the moment they enter the store.
- Develop and maintain a deep, comprehensive knowledge of our product catalog, including features, benefits, and brand history, to act as a trusted expert.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and team-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored product solutions.
- Master and efficiently operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process a variety of transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, with speed and accuracy.
- Build and nurture a loyal client base through effective clienteling techniques, such as personalized follow-ups and outreach regarding new arrivals and promotions.
- Handle all customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a high level of professionalism and empathy, striving for a positive resolution in every case.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and aesthetic in all interactions and contributing to a positive brand image.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and housekeeping standards on the sales floor, ensuring displays are attractive, fully stocked, and easy to shop.

- Contribute to regular inventory cycle counts and full physical inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
