Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Provide expert clinical consultation and evidence-based guidance to interdisciplinary teams on complex behavioral health cases, including diagnostic clarification and treatment planning.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative mental health programs, clinical pathways, and therapeutic interventions to enhance service quality and client outcomes.

- Facilitate clinical peer review meetings and case conferences to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs through data analysis, client feedback, and outcome measurement, providing reports and recommendations to leadership.
