Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Set up and meticulously prepare threading, winding, or twisting machinery for production runs by installing and aligning components like guides, needles, and bobbins according to job specifications.
Operate a variety of industrial threading machines, carefully monitoring their performance to ensure continuous and efficient production.
Regularly inspect finished and in-process products for defects, such as breaks in thread, improper tension, or color inconsistencies, ensuring all output meets strict quality assurance standards.
Accurately and efficiently load spools of thread, yarn, cones, and other raw materials onto feeding mechanisms, ensuring correct color, type, and tension are used for each job order.

Execute changes in machine setup for different product types or thread specifications, demonstrating flexibility and technical skill in retooling.
