Primary Functions
- Safely operate a commercial tour bus or motorcoach along designated local, regional, or long-distance routes, strictly adhering to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols.

- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting the bus, including offering physical assistance when necessary and ensuring all passengers are safely seated before departure.
- Manage the loading, stowing, and unloading of passenger luggage in the vehicle's storage compartments, ensuring items are handled with care and properly secured for transit.
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and courteous demeanor at all times, acting as a brand ambassador and the primary point of contact for passengers throughout the duration of the tour.

- Assume ultimate responsibility for the safety and well-being of all passengers on board, including conducting pre-trip safety briefings and managing emergency situations calmly and professionally.
- Handle on-board sales of tickets, snacks, or merchandise where applicable, and accurately manage cash and credit card transactions according to company procedures.
- Navigate routes using maps, GPS systems, and local knowledge, proactively identifying and adapting to road closures, construction, or other potential disruptions.
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the bus remain clean and presentable throughout the tour, including managing waste disposal and performing light cleaning duties during stops.
