Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with private and corporate clients to meticulously identify and understand their unique travel preferences, objectives, budget constraints, and special requirements.
  • Design, develop, and present highly customized and complex travel itineraries, including multi-destination trips, luxury travel packages, and specialized tours (e.g., adventure, culinary, eco-tourism).
  • Leverage extensive, up-to-date knowledge of global destinations, including cultural nuances, local attractions, safety protocols, and geopolitical climates, to provide expert recommendations.
  • Research, negotiate, and secure optimal rates and terms with a global network of suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ground transportation providers.
  • Manage the entire booking and confirmation process for all travel components, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless integration of services.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive pre-departure guidance, including visa and passport requirements, travel insurance options, vaccination advice, and detailed packing lists.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during their travels, proactively managing and resolving any unforeseen issues, disruptions, or emergencies with composure and creativity.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service, proactive communication, and post-trip follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Advise businesses, tourism boards, or government agencies on tourism development strategies, market positioning, product diversification, and sustainable tourism initiatives.
  • Continuously analyze travel industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging destinations to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and price new, marketable travel products and packages, considering factors like market demand, operational costs, and desired profit margins.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective high-value clients, corporations, and special interest groups.
  • Manage complex travel logistics for large groups, corporate meetings, and incentive travel programs, coordinating every detail from air charter to on-site event management.
  • Champion and integrate sustainable and responsible tourism practices into itinerary planning, supplier selection, and client education.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, bookings, and financial transactions within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Destination Expertise: Deep and broad geographical knowledge, including key attractions, logistical challenges, and cultural etiquette for multiple global regions.
  • CRM Software: Proficiency in using CRM platforms (like Salesforce, Zoho, or specialized travel CRMs) for client management, sales tracking, and communication.
