Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Assist the marketing team in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to promote destinations and travel packages.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research on emerging travel trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategy.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of tourism-related events, webinars, and promotional activities.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media, providing detailed information about tours, bookings, and services with a high level of professionalism.

  • Collaborate with tour operators and travel partners to gather updated information on itineraries, pricing, and availability.
  • Provide administrative support to the tourism department, including data entry, filing, preparing reports, and managing team schedules.
  • Contribute to the development of new tour packages and travel experiences by researching potential destinations, activities, and local suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, helping to prepare reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media kits to travel bloggers, journalists, and industry influencers.

  • Liaise with accommodation providers, transportation services, and local guides to confirm arrangements and logistics for upcoming tours.
  • Support the development and promotion of sustainable and responsible tourism initiatives within the organization's product offerings.
