Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conducting in-depth, consultative interviews with clients to thoroughly understand their travel preferences, interests, needs, and budgetary constraints.

- Advising clients on and facilitating the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance policies, explaining coverage details and benefits clearly.
- Assisting clients with understanding and obtaining necessary travel documentation, such as passports, visas, and other international entry requirements.
- Managing all financial aspects of bookings, including collecting deposits and final payments, issuing invoices, and ensuring secure payment processing.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business and referrals.
