Primary Functions
- Develop comprehensive and detailed transition plans, meticulously outlining all key milestones, activities, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure a structured and seamless handover of projects or services.

- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by scheduling testers, providing clear test scripts, tracking feedback, and ensuring all defects are logged and triaged appropriately to validate the solution meets business requirements.
- Skillfully manage complex dependencies between different project workstreams and teams, identifying and monitoring inter-dependencies to prevent bottlenecks and ensure a synchronized and successful rollout.

- Closely monitor service performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) during the initial post-go-live "hypercare" period to quickly identify, triage, and address any stabilization or performance issues.
- Build and maintain a detailed, integrated schedule of all transition-related activities, from communication drops and training sessions to technical cutover tasks, ensuring all parties are aware of their responsibilities.
- Facilitate the swift resolution of defects and issues raised during and after the transition, triaging problems, assigning them to the appropriate technical or business teams, and tracking them through to a successful resolution.
- Ensure strict compliance with the organization's established change management frameworks and governance standards, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of these internal best practices.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments by working with business leaders to understand how proposed changes will affect people, processes, and technology, using this analysis to inform the overall transition strategy.
- Coordinate the effective allocation of resources for transition activities, working with functional managers to identify and schedule the necessary personnel required to successfully execute the transition plan.
