Primary Functions
- Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, and Travel Plans for a diverse portfolio of development proposals, ensuring compliance with national and local planning policies.

- Author high-quality technical reports, feasibility studies, and business cases, effectively communicating complex analysis and strategic recommendations to clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
- Engage in proactive negotiation and liaison with local highway authorities, Transport for London (TfL), National Highways, and other regulatory bodies to secure technical approvals and planning consent.
- Manage the financial and operational performance of projects, including preparing fee proposals, managing budgets, tracking timelines, and ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Develop innovative and sustainable transport strategies that promote active travel (walking and cycling), public transport usage, and reduce reliance on private cars.
