- Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from large relational databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for deep-dive analytical projects.

- Develop predictive models and forecasts for key business metrics such as booking volume, passenger traffic, and revenue, taking into account seasonality, market dynamics, and marketing spend.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of customer loyalty programs and CRM initiatives, providing insights to increase customer lifetime value and retention.
- Create detailed post-campaign analysis reports that summarize performance, distill key learnings, and provide clear recommendations for future marketing activities.
- Perform pricing elasticity and promotional impact analysis to advise on optimal pricing strategies and promotional offers that maximize revenue and occupancy without eroding brand value.
