Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage and execute daily cash management activities, including consolidating global cash positions, analyzing bank account balances, and ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Prepare and analyze the daily, weekly, and 13-week cash flow forecasts, investigating variances and collaborating with business units to improve forecast accuracy.
- Execute electronic payments, including domestic and international wire transfers, ACH payments, and foreign currency settlements, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and timely execution.
- Administer the company's bank relationships, including opening, maintaining, and closing bank accounts, and managing bank service providers and fee structures.
- Monitor and manage foreign exchange (FX) exposure, executing spot and forward contracts as directed to mitigate currency risk.
- Support the management of the company's debt portfolio, including monitoring compliance with covenants, processing interest and principal payments, and preparing related reports.
- Administer and serve as a subject matter expert for the Treasury Management System (TMS), ensuring data integrity and optimizing system functionality.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly treasury reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and variances related to cash, debt, and investments.
- Reconcile bank activity with the general ledger, researching and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner to support the monthly financial close process.
- Manage and support the company's corporate card, purchasing card, and virtual card programs, including administration and issue resolution.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new banking products, services, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and control.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, including SOX requirements related to treasury operations.
- Support the annual FBAR (Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts) filing process by gathering and verifying necessary data.

- Support internal and external audit requests by providing required documentation, explanations, and analysis for treasury-related areas.
- Monitor global financial markets and economic trends to identify potential impacts on the company's liquidity, risk profile, and borrowing costs.
- Assist with the integration of treasury functions for newly acquired entities, including bank account consolidation and process alignment.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
- Cash Management: Deep understanding of daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and short-term forecasting.
- Treasury Management Systems (TMS): Proficiency with a major TMS such as Kyriba, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, or ION.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel: Ability to create complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, v-lookups, and financial models for analysis and reporting.
- Online Banking Portals: Extensive experience navigating and executing transactions within various commercial banking platforms (e.g., J.P. Morgan Access, Bank of America CashPro).
- ERP Systems: Working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, particularly the cash management and general ledger modules.
- Financial Analysis: Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insightful commentary on cash flow and risk exposures.
