Primary Functions
- Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the underground utilities Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including multi-year prioritization, lifecycle cost analysis, funding strategies, and schedule management to deliver water, sewer and stormwater projects on time and within budget.
