Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Assist in coordinating uniform programs from concept through distribution, ensuring alignment with brand and operational requirements.
  • Support uniform design reviews by organizing samples, tracking revisions, and documenting feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to track production timelines, minimum order quantities, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of uniform styles, sizing specifications, fabrics, trims, and color standards.
  • Assist with uniform fittings, size trials, and wear tests, collecting feedback and reporting fit or quality issues.
  • Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, reorders, and obsolete items.
  • Help prepare purchase orders, invoices, and basic cost summaries for uniform programs.
  • Monitor quality control standards and assist with inspections of incoming uniform shipments.
  • Coordinate uniform distribution logistics, including packing lists, shipping documentation, and location-specific allocations.
  • Support updates to uniform guidelines, lookbooks, and policy documentation.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of uniform management systems or ERP tools.
  • Communicate with internal teams such as HR, operations, facilities, or store management regarding uniform needs.
  • Help analyze uniform usage data to identify trends, size distribution needs, and replenishment requirements.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by tracking fabric certifications, vendor compliance, and waste reduction efforts.
  • Assist in resolving uniform-related issues such as shortages, damages, or vendor discrepancies.

  • Support seasonal or program launches by preparing materials, timelines, and internal communications.
  • Conduct market research on uniform trends, materials, and best practices within the industry.
  • Assist with budgeting support by tracking expenses against approved uniform program budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and brand standards for uniforms across all locations.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed

Relevant Fields of Study:

  • Fashion Merchandising or Apparel Design
  • Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration

Experience Requirements

  • 0–1 years of relevant internship, academic, or project-based experience
