Primary Functions

- Coordinate third-party laundry, repair and alteration partners—defining service level expectations, scheduling pick-up/drop-off, tracking turnaround times, and auditing returned garments for service quality.
- Implement and enforce brand and safety compliance standards across all uniform items, conducting periodic inspections for correct logos, reflective treatments, flame-resistance labels and other mandatory features.
- Train site managers and department leads on uniform ordering rules, size guidance, inventory request processes and loss prevention best practices to ensure consistent execution across locations.
- Manage the uniform program budget and cost-control initiatives, track spend against forecasts, analyze usage trends, and propose cost-saving measures such as bulk ordering, vendor consolidation, or standardized specifications.
- Maintain and optimize uniform storage facilities and equipment (racks, lockers, bins, barcode scanners), ensuring safe, accessible, and organized stockrooms that support efficient pick-and-pack operations.

- Manage one-off or event-driven uniform needs (trade shows, seasonal promotions, contract start-ups), coordinating rapid sourcing, expedited shipments and temporary storage to meet short timelines.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring uniforms are issued at orientation and that items are collected or reconciled at termination, coordinating with HR to update records.
