Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Maintain end-to-end inventory control for uniforms and related apparel by establishing and executing cycle count schedules, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate item-level records using ERP, WMS or inventory management software (including barcode and RFID systems) to minimize shrinkage and stockouts.

- Manage returns, repairs, and damaged item workflows by assessing root causes (fit, wear-and-tear, manufacturing defect), logging incidents, coordinating warranty claims with suppliers, and updating inventory and cost records accordingly.
- Implement and maintain asset tracking and identification methods such as barcode labeling, RFID tagging, or serialized tracking for higher-value garments to improve traceability, reduce loss and streamline lifecycle management.
- Provide training and ongoing coaching to site managers, HR partners, and uniform distribution staff on inventory procedures, fitting protocols, return policies, and brand standards to ensure consistent execution across locations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the uniform program by analyzing performance metrics (turnaround time, shrinkage, cost per garment, employee satisfaction), proposing process changes, piloting improvements, and scaling successful solutions across the enterprise.
