Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Lead, schedule, and directly supervise multiple field crews and contractors performing street maintenance, pothole repairs, sidewalk and curb repairs, park maintenance, storm drain cleaning, and small capital improvements to ensure timely, on-budget, and code-compliant delivery of city services.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, Environmental Science, or a closely related field; OR equivalent combination of education and progressive field experience.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with emphasis in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Works Administration, or Project Management; professional certifications (AICP, PE, CPWM) a plus.
