Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Plan, design, and execute usability studies (moderated in-person, moderated remote, and unmoderated remote) for web and mobile products, including writing test plans, success metrics, task scenarios, recruitment criteria, and consent forms.

- Develop and track KPIs for usability initiatives (reduction in task failures, improvements in SUS, decreases in support tickets) and report progress to leadership on a regular cadence.
- Provide day-to-day project management for research activities—maintain test schedules, manage resources and budgets, prepare materials, and coordinate stakeholder review sessions.
- Create and present compelling presentations and executive briefings that translate research findings into business impact, ROI estimates, and product roadmap recommendations.
- Conduct longitudinal usability studies and comparative benchmarking vs. competitors to track improvements over time and validate design decisions across releases.
- Support rapid guerrilla testing and in-context field research as needed to gather fast, real-world validation of concepts, prototypes, and production experiences.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
