Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Plan, design, and conduct moderated and unmoderated usability tests across mobile and web products, including protocol development, participant recruitment, facilitation, and post-test analysis to identify usability issues and opportunity areas.

- Collaborate with product analytics and data science teams to triangulate qualitative insights with behavioral data, establish instrumentation needs, and interpret event-level metrics and conversion funnels.
- Design and analyze surveys (Net Promoter Score, CSAT, behavioral and attitudinal surveys), including sampling plans, survey logic, bias mitigation, and statistical significance testing to quantify user sentiment and needs.
- Partner with accessibility specialists to perform accessibility audits and user testing with assistive technology users, providing prioritized remediation recommendations to meet WCAG guidelines and inclusive design goals.
- Prototype and evaluate interaction concepts using rapid usability testing, click-through prototypes, and remote moderated sessions to de-risk design decisions before implementation.
- Translate research insights into clear acceptance criteria and user stories for product and engineering teams to ensure that usability improvements are implemented and validated.
- Lead recruitment strategy for target user segments, develop screener surveys, and manage vendor relationships with research panel providers (UserTesting, Respondent.io, Optimal Workshop) to ensure representative samples.

- Manage research projects end-to-end, including timeline planning, budgeting, procurement of participants and tools, and compliance with privacy and ethical standards (informed consent, data anonymization).

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
