Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Define and evolve the user experience strategy aligned with business goals and product vision.
  • Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Translate research insights into actionable UX principles, frameworks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with product managers to influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and experience models across channels.
  • Evaluate existing user experiences to identify gaps, friction points, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure design solutions align with strategic intent and user insights.
  • Guide information architecture, interaction models, and content strategy decisions.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for user experience and track performance over time.
  • Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
  • Ensure consistency and cohesion across digital products, platforms, and ecosystems.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and scalability of UX solutions.
  • Incorporate accessibility, inclusivity, and usability standards into UX strategy.
