Primary Functions

  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions through a variety of formats, including live in-person workshops, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and on-demand digital courses.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for assigned vaccine products, maintaining an expert-level understanding of the latest clinical data, competitor activities, and evolving immunization guidelines from bodies like the ACIP and CDC.
  • Translate highly complex scientific and clinical information into clear, concise, and compelling educational content tailored to the knowledge level and needs of different learner groups.
  • Implement and analyze training effectiveness assessments, including knowledge checks, post-training surveys, and on-the-job performance metrics, to continuously refine and improve training programs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure all training content is accurate, fully compliant, and strategically aligned with brand objectives.
  • Provide ongoing clinical support and serve as a tier-two resource for answering complex, off-label product-related inquiries from field teams and external healthcare professionals.
  • Attend and provide educational support at key national and regional scientific congresses, medical meetings, and advisory boards to gather competitive intelligence and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Customize training curricula and delivery methods to address the unique needs and challenges of different geographical territories, customer segments, and healthcare systems.
  • Facilitate advanced training workshops and complex role-playing scenarios to build the practical skills, objection handling, and clinical communication abilities of sales and medical teams.
  • Guarantee that all training activities and created materials strictly adhere to all relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., FDA, PhRMA Code) and internal corporate compliance policies.
  • Support the launch of new vaccine products or indications by leading the development and execution of a comprehensive training strategy and rollout plan for all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a consistent travel schedule to various field-based locations, including clinics, hospitals, and regional offices, to conduct essential on-site training and provide direct support to field personnel.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
