Primary Functions
- Conduct comprehensive and detailed cost-benefit analyses (CBA) and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments for new projects, proposed process changes, and technology investments to provide clear financial justification for strategic decisions.

- Evaluate the financial viability of new market entries, product lines, or service offerings by conducting thorough market analysis, competitive assessments, and profitability modeling.
- Monitor and track the realized value and financial performance of implemented projects against initial forecasts, conducting variance analysis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of value-creation initiatives, tracking progress, quantifying savings, and ensuring accountability for delivering targeted financial outcomes.
- Support the pricing strategy team by providing deep insights into product costs, customer-perceived value, and competitive pricing structures to optimize margins and market positioning.
- Analyze procurement spend data and supplier performance metrics to identify opportunities for contract consolidation, negotiation leverage, and improved supplier partnerships.
