Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead and facilitate comprehensive value stream mapping (VSM) sessions with cross-functional teams to visualize end-to-end workflows, identify bottlenecks, and pinpoint areas of waste (Muda).

- Manage the backlog of improvement opportunities, prioritizing initiatives based on a clear framework of potential impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
