Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Act as the primary expert on all vehicle models, features, and technologies, providing in-depth and enthusiastic product demonstrations to prospective and current owners.
- Conduct comprehensive and engaging test drives, personalizing the experience to highlight features relevant to the customer's lifestyle and needs.
- Manage the end-to-end customer delivery process, including vehicle preparation, personalized walkthroughs of features, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Perform meticulous multi-point inspections on all new, pre-owned, and trade-in vehicles to ensure they meet strict quality, safety, and cosmetic standards.
- Proactively engage with customers in the showroom and via phone/email to answer complex product questions, nurture leads, and schedule appointments.
- Master and effectively utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log all customer interactions, track pipeline progress, and manage follow-up communications.
- Guide customers through the vehicle configuration and ordering process, explaining available options, packages, and financing/leasing solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including other brands' models, technologies, and pricing, to effectively position our products.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary to ensure a positive resolution.
- Oversee the physical vehicle inventory, ensuring all cars are properly merchandised, charged (if applicable), and maintained in a pristine, show-ready condition.
- Coordinate vehicle logistics, including the intake of new arrivals, transfers between locations, and preparation for customer delivery or showroom display.
- Assist customers with the trade-in process by performing initial vehicle evaluations and accurately capturing condition details for appraisal.
- Generate excitement and build brand loyalty by sharing compelling stories about the company's mission, technology, and commitment to innovation.
- Prepare and present vehicles for special events, mobile showcases, and off-site test drive opportunities, representing the brand professionally.
- Support the sales and service teams by ensuring a seamless flow of information and a cohesive customer experience across all departments.
Secondary Functions
- Continuously update personal knowledge of all product updates, software releases, and new automotive technologies through company-provided training and self-study.
- Assist in maintaining the visual and functional excellence of the showroom, including displays, digital content, and overall cleanliness.
