Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve comprehensive vendor performance scorecards and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, service level agreement (SLA) adherence, quality metrics, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular and formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic vendors to rigorously assess performance against contractual obligations, address operational issues, and collaboratively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and partnership growth.

- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders regarding all vendor-related inquiries, performance escalations, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure all vendor contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and agreements are compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement standardized processes, operational policies, and industry best practices for vendor management to drive greater efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the entire organization.
- Monitor vendor risk and compliance by conducting regular audits, tracking certifications, and ensuring vendors adhere to data security, privacy, and business continuity requirements.
- Support sourcing and procurement teams during the RFI/RFP process by providing data-driven insights on vendor capabilities and historical performance to inform selection decisions.
- Create and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations on vendor program performance, key findings, and strategic recommendations to leadership and executive teams.
- Manage and maintain a centralized repository of vendor information, including contracts, performance data, and key contacts, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Lead or contribute to special projects aimed at optimizing the vendor ecosystem, such as vendor consolidation initiatives, tool implementations, or process re-engineering efforts.
- Analyze vendor invoicing against contracts and performance data to identify and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
