Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Oversee the entire vendor lifecycle, from initial sourcing, qualification, and onboarding to ongoing performance management and eventual offboarding.
- Develop, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure vendors meet performance standards and business requirements.
- Act as the primary escalation point for all vendor-related issues, working collaboratively to troubleshoot problems and implement effective, long-term solutions.
