Primary Functions

- Act as a subject matter expert on verification, handling complex, high-impact escalations from customer support, legal, or other internal teams.
- Author and maintain comprehensive documentation for all verification policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process workflows.
- Evaluate new identity verification technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes (e.g., KYC, AML, eIDAS) to inform program strategy and maintain compliance.
- Build and maintain insightful dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to provide real-time visibility into operational performance and key metrics.
