Primary Functions
- Medical Standards & Quality Assurance: Establish, implement, and continuously refine medical protocols and standards of care across all locations to ensure the highest quality of medicine, patient safety, and clinical outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
- Advanced Clinical Proficiency: Deep, comprehensive knowledge in small animal internal medicine and surgery.
- DVM/VMD & State Licensure: Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris (VMD) degree and be able to maintain a license in good standing.
