Primary Functions

- Champion an exceptional client experience by overseeing client communication protocols, resolving escalated client concerns with empathy and professionalism, and proactively seeking feedback for improvement.

- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives, such as hosting events, managing social media, and building relationships with local shelters, to enhance the hospital's visibility and attract new clients.
- Act as the primary administrator for the Practice Information Management Software (PIMS), ensuring its effective use, training staff, and troubleshooting issues to maintain data integrity.
