Primary Functions

- Transcribe interviews, dialogues, and other spoken content from video footage with high accuracy to create captions and subtitles, enhancing content accessibility and SEO.
- Upload final video assets to various platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, and social media channels, ensuring correct formatting, metadata, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails are applied.
- Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh video concepts and content ideas that align with brand strategy and resonate with the target audience.
- Conduct ongoing research on current video trends, viral formats, audio tracks, and competitor content to inform our video strategy and maintain cultural relevance.
- Assist with the technical setup and execution of live streams, including camera operation, audio checks, stream monitoring, and real-time troubleshooting.
- Design and create visually appealing thumbnails, end screens, and simple on-screen graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop to increase viewer click-through rates.
- Help maintain the team's content production calendar, ensuring project milestones are tracked and deadlines are met according to the established schedule.
- Perform basic color correction and audio mixing to enhance the visual and auditory quality of video projects, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
- Coordinate key logistics for video shoots, which can include sourcing props, scouting locations, scheduling talent, and communicating call sheets and details to all participants.
- Review all video content to perform detailed quality control checks, identifying and flagging any technical errors, spelling mistakes, or branding inconsistencies before publication.
