Primary Functions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-platform video content strategy that aligns with brand objectives, marketing campaigns, and audience growth targets.
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and creative direction of all video projects, ensuring a consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all outputs.
- Oversee the end-to-end video production lifecycle, from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to shooting, editing, motion graphics, and final asset delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of in-house and freelance videographers, editors, producers, and motion graphics artists, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

- Direct and manage the content calendar for all video-related outputs, ensuring a steady stream of engaging content for social media, websites, ad campaigns, and internal communications.
- Serve as the primary director on key video shoots, providing clear creative guidance to talent and crew to bring the vision to life.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, product, and sales teams to ensure video content is fully integrated into broader campaigns and meets cross-functional needs.
- Stay at the forefront of video trends, platform algorithm changes (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels), and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective.
