Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conceptualize, script, and develop storyboards for a diverse range of video projects, including promotional materials, social media content, tutorials, and customer testimonials.
  • Manage the entire video production process, including pre-production planning, on-location and in-studio shooting, and all aspects of post-production.
  • Shoot high-quality, professional video and audio using a variety of camera equipment, lighting setups, and microphones.

  • Create dynamic motion graphics, title cards, and animations using software like Adobe After Effects to enhance visual appeal and information delivery.

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for video projects, ensuring a consistent and strategic pipeline of content for all relevant platforms.
  • Optimize video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, website), considering aspect ratios, lengths, and platform-specific best practices.

  • Perform color correction and audio mixing to ensure a high-quality, professional standard for all final video outputs.
  • Repurpose and re-edit existing video content into new formats, such as creating short social clips from long-form webinars or testimonials.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for video production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Source and manage freelance videographers, editors, or other production talent for specialized or large-scale projects.
  • Research and recommend new video equipment, software, and production techniques to improve workflow efficiency and content quality.
