Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Assist in the end-to-end video production process, from conceptualization and storyboarding to filming and final delivery.
  • Perform post-production duties, including editing raw footage, trimming segments, color correction, and sound mixing to create polished final products.
  • Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, and other visual effects to enhance video content and align with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and organize our digital asset library, ensuring all video files, raw footage, and related project assets are properly archived and easily accessible.
  • Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during on-site and in-studio shoots, assisting the lead videographer or marketing manager.
  • Schedule and publish video content across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram (Reels, Stories), TikTok, LinkedIn, and our company website.
  • Optimize video content for each platform by customizing titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and engage with comments and feedback on video posts to foster a sense of community and gather audience insights.
  • Brainstorm and pitch new video ideas and series concepts that align with our content strategy and marketing goals.
  • Create short-form video content, such as TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, by repurposing existing footage or creating new, trending content.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure video content is integrated seamlessly into larger campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Stay current with the latest video marketing trends, social media algorithm changes, and new content formats to keep our strategy fresh and effective.
  • Assist in scripting and storyboarding for various video projects, including tutorials, testimonials, product demos, and brand stories.
  • Prepare and set up equipment for video shoots, ensuring all gear is functioning correctly and ready for production.
