Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute video projects from start to finish, translating creative briefs and strategic goals into engaging visual narratives.
  • Perform all aspects of video post-production, including editing raw footage, trimming segments, and sequencing clips to create a cohesive and impactful story.
  • Design and integrate dynamic motion graphics, typography, and 2D/3D animations to enhance video content and improve viewer engagement.
  • Execute advanced color correction and color grading techniques to ensure a consistent, cinematic, and brand-aligned look and feel across all video projects.
  • Manage and mix audio tracks, including dialogue, sound effects, and music, to create a balanced and immersive audio experience for the viewer.
  • Source and license appropriate stock footage, music, and sound effects, ensuring all assets are properly cleared for use and logged.
  • Collaborate proactively with the creative director, copywriters, and designers to ensure a unified vision and consistent messaging in all video content.
  • Interpret and implement feedback from multiple stakeholders with precision and a positive attitude, managing revisions efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our brand guidelines and apply them meticulously to all video output to ensure brand consistency.
  • Prepare, format, and export final video files for a wide range of platforms and specifications, including social media, web, internal communications, and live events.
  • Stay current with the latest video production trends, software, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality and creativity of our video content.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, from quick-turnaround social clips to long-form brand stories, while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain video templates and a library of reusable assets to streamline the production process and improve efficiency.
  • Take ownership of the technical quality and creative integrity of all final video deliverables, performing thorough quality control checks.
  • Assist in on-set production when necessary, which may include operating cameras, setting up lighting, and capturing high-quality audio.
  • Archive completed projects and maintain an organized media management system for all video assets, ensuring footage is easily accessible for future use.

  • Support the marketing and social media teams by creating various video formats and cut-downs tailored to specific channels and campaign objectives.
  • Contribute creative ideas and insights during brainstorming sessions and help shape the organization's overall video strategy and content calendar.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Expert-Level Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Deep, hands-on mastery of Premiere Pro (for editing), After Effects (for motion graphics and VFX), and a strong working knowledge of Audition (for audio), Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Advanced Color Grading: Proven ability to use tools like DaVinci Resolve or Lumetri Color in Premiere Pro to create specific moods and ensure high-quality, professional color.
