Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance to a team of videographers, editors, motion graphic artists, and production assistants.
  • Oversee the entire video production lifecycle, from initial ideation and script development through shooting, post-production, and final asset delivery.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, production calendars, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Create, track, and reconcile comprehensive project budgets, handling everything from crew and talent rates to equipment rentals and location fees.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, translating their needs into actionable production plans and creative briefs.
