Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions

- Collaborate closely with network engineering teams to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Quality of Service (QoS) settings to guarantee high-quality, low-latency video and audio transport over the corporate network.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive, detailed documentation for all AV systems, including signal flow diagrams, IP tables, rack elevations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proactively perform preventative maintenance, scheduled diagnostics, and firmware/software updates across the entire fleet of AV and video conferencing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Evaluate emerging audiovisual technologies, conduct proof-of-concept testing, and provide formal recommendations to leadership for system upgrades and future technology investments.
- Manage the administration and content deployment for enterprise-level digital signage systems, ensuring content is current, engaging, and displayed correctly.

- Configure and manage core video infrastructure components such as VTC bridges, gateways, and session border controllers (SBCs) to ensure interoperability and call routing success.
