Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning and storyboarding to filming, editing, and post-production.
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit a wide range of high-quality video content, including brand anthems, product demos, customer testimonials, internal communications, and social media shorts.
- Operate, maintain, and set up a variety of professional video, audio, and lighting equipment, including cinema cameras, DSLRs, microphones, and lighting kits.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and leadership teams to develop compelling video strategies that align with brand identity and marketing campaigns.
- Direct on-camera talent and subjects, providing clear guidance to capture authentic and engaging performances and interviews.
- Perform all post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction and grading, audio mixing, and applying motion graphics or visual effects.
- Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient filming process from start to finish.
- Scout, select, and reserve locations for video shoots, considering lighting, sound, and logistical requirements.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
- Repurpose and reformat video content for various distribution channels, including websites, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and internal portals.
- Stay current with the latest video production trends, industry standards, software, and new technologies to keep our content fresh and innovative.
- Manage the digital asset library, systematically archiving raw footage and final projects for easy retrieval and future use.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with camera, lighting, audio, and editing equipment, often under pressure during a shoot.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver video content that effectively meets their strategic goals.
- Capture high-quality, dynamic B-roll footage that complements the primary narrative and enhances the overall production value.
- Set up and operate multi-camera setups for live events, webinars, and interviews, including live-switching when necessary.
- Record, edit, and master high-quality audio for podcasts, voiceovers, and other audio-first content.
- Provide creative input and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for video series and one-off projects.
- Prepare, transport, and set up all necessary equipment for on-location and in-studio shoots, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Source and manage freelance production support, such as production assistants, gaffers, or sound engineers, as project needs dictate.
- Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders throughout the post-production process to deliver a final product that aligns with the creative vision.

- Advanced knowledge of operating professional cinema cameras, DSLRs, and mirrorless cameras (e.g., Sony FX series, Canon C-series, Blackmagic).
- Deep understanding of cinematic lighting principles and techniques (e.g., three-point lighting, motivated lighting).
- Skill in professional audio recording using various microphones (lavalier, shotgun, boom) and audio recorders.
- Advanced color correction and color grading capabilities to create specific moods and ensure brand consistency.
- Experience with camera stabilization equipment such as gimbals, sliders, and tripods.
