Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and evolve the company's visual identity system across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence in the market.
- Conceptualize and execute original, high-quality design work for a wide range of marketing and branding initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media assets, and website visuals.
- Lead the creation, documentation, and maintenance of comprehensive brand guidelines and style guides, serving as the primary resource for all internal teams and external partners.
- Translate complex marketing objectives and strategic briefs into clear, effective, and visually stunning design solutions that resonate with our target audience.
- Design and produce a full suite of marketing and sales collateral, such as brochures, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and event materials for both print and digital distribution.
- Craft compelling and visually rich presentation designs and templates (PowerPoint, Google Slides) for sales, executive leadership, and company-wide meetings that effectively communicate key messages.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and web development teams to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all user-facing platforms, websites, and applications.
- Uphold and enforce brand standards across the entire organization, providing guidance and constructive creative feedback to other teams to ensure all communications are visually aligned.
- Manage and art direct photoshoots, video productions, and illustration projects to generate a library of unique, on-brand visual assets.
- Design engaging and user-centric visual elements for our website and digital products, working in tandem with UI/UX designers to enhance the overall user experience.
- Present design concepts, creative strategies, and project progress to stakeholders at all levels, clearly articulating design rationale and thoughtfully incorporating feedback.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and elevate our brand's visual language.
- Create and manage a scalable system of design templates and assets to empower non-designers across the company and improve team efficiency.
- Develop custom iconography, illustrations, and other bespoke visual elements that enrich our brand narrative and differentiate us in the competitive landscape.
- Lead the visual design for major brand campaigns from initial ideation through final execution, including key art, advertising creatives, and landing page designs.
Secondary Functions
- Conceptualize and design environmental graphics and branding for physical spaces, including office interiors and trade show booths.
- Design branded merchandise and corporate swag that employees and customers will love and use.
- Provide design support for internal communications initiatives, including company newsletters, intranet visuals, and all-hands meeting presentations.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex information and enhance storytelling.
- Manage the organization, tagging, and archiving of all creative assets within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign are essential).
- Strong command of modern UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A deep, demonstrable understanding of fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Proven ability in logo design, icon creation, and building comprehensive visual identity systems from the ground up.
- Experience designing for both digital and print mediums, with a strong grasp of the technical requirements and best practices for each.
- High proficiency in creating professional and visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
