Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Execute detailed post-production on digital photography, including advanced color correction, exposure adjustments, blemish removal, and complex compositing to meet high-end commercial standards.
- Perform meticulous retouching and image manipulation on a high volume of product and lifestyle imagery, ensuring consistency across entire photosets and campaigns.
- Assemble and edit raw video footage into compelling, narrative-driven content for various platforms such as social media, websites, and internal communications.
- Integrate motion graphics, titles, sound effects, and background music into video projects to enhance viewer engagement and brand messaging.
- Manage the ingestion, tagging, and organization of all new and existing visual assets within the company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Apply detailed and consistent metadata, keywords, and usage rights information to all visual files to ensure accurate tracking and easy searchability for all teams.
- Ensure all final visual content strictly adheres to established brand guidelines, style guides, and quality benchmarks before publication.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of professional photography and videography equipment, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, and audio gear.
- Set up lighting, audio, and camera equipment for in-studio and on-location photoshoots and video productions, providing technical support to the creative team.
- Prepare, format, and optimize all visual assets for various digital platforms, focusing on file size, load speed, and aspect ratio requirements for web, mobile, and social media.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews on all visual deliverables to identify and correct any technical flaws, color inconsistencies, or formatting errors.
- Transcode and export video files into a variety of required formats and codecs for different distribution channels, from high-resolution masters to compressed web versions.
Secondary Functions
- Fulfill daily requests for visual assets from various internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, PR) and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
- Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom for photo editing, and strong skills in Premiere Pro for video editing. Familiarity with After Effects for motion graphics is a major plus.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM): Hands-on experience using and administrating DAM platforms (e.g., Bynder, Canto, Brandfolder) for cataloging, tagging, and distributing assets.
- Professional Equipment Operation: Deep practical knowledge of operating professional DSLR and mirrorless cameras, studio lighting systems (strobes and continuous), and audio recording equipment.
- Video & Audio Formats: A solid understanding of video codecs, containers (MP4, MOV), frame rates, and best practices for transcoding and audio mixing.
