Primary Functions

- Collaborate closely with the central marketing, buying, and planning teams to ensure visual strategies are fully integrated with inventory levels, promotional calendars, and omnichannel campaigns.
- Conduct regular, in-depth store visits and audits to evaluate the execution of visual standards, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide hands-on training and support to store teams.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive visual standards guide or playbook that serves as the definitive resource for all store teams on merchandising principles, fixture usage, and brand presentation.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors for fixtures, props, graphics, and installation services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of in-store visual assets, from concept and production to distribution, installation, and eventual removal or replacement.
- Partner with store leadership and regional managers to address store-specific challenges and opportunities, adapting corporate directives to suit unique store layouts and market demographics.
- Create compelling and innovative window displays that not only attract customers but also effectively communicate key brand messages and product stories.
