Primary Functions

- Serve as a key guardian of the brand's visual identity, meticulously maintaining and enforcing brand consistency across all internal and external visual touchpoints, including typography, color palettes, and logo usage.
- Conduct product and lifestyle photoshoots for e-commerce, social media, and advertising campaigns, managing all subsequent image retouching, color correction, and final editing.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and well-organized digital asset management (DAM) system to catalogue, tag, and distribute creative assets efficiently throughout the organization.
- Design visually engaging and user-friendly landing pages and microsites in partnership with web developers and marketing strategists to support lead generation and specific campaign goals.
- Create and prepare a variety of print collateral, including brochures, event flyers, trade show booth graphics, and direct mail pieces, ensuring files are press-ready and liaising with print vendors.
- Employ A/B testing methodologies to evaluate the performance of different visual elements in digital ads, emails, and on web pages to identify which designs yield the best performance and ROI.
- Proactively research and stay current with the latest visual design trends, emerging marketing technologies, and software advancements to bring fresh, innovative ideas and techniques to the team.
