Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses (TNA) across various departments to identify critical skill gaps and learning opportunities that align with current and future business objectives.

- Assess the effectiveness, quality, and suitability of external training vendors and programs, providing detailed analyses and data-backed recommendations for procurement and partnership decisions.
- Develop predictive models to forecast future training demands based on organizational growth plans, technological shifts, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Create and manage a consistent, scalable framework for evaluating all vocational training programs, establishing clear benchmarks for success and a cycle of continuous improvement.
- Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and actionable insights for non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and HR business partners, to drive strategic decisions.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in vocational training and learning analytics to ensure our programs remain innovative and competitive.
- Support the L&D budget planning and forecasting process by providing detailed, data-backed cost-benefit analyses for proposed training investments and resource allocation.
- Perform regular audits of training records and LMS data to ensure full compliance with internal company policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Partner with IT and HRIS teams to troubleshoot technical issues within the LMS and other learning technologies, championing a seamless and positive user experience.
- Develop and implement targeted communication plans to effectively promote new training programs and drive employee engagement with available learning opportunities.
- Analyze post-training performance data and on-the-job application of skills to identify areas where learning is not successfully transferring and recommend targeted interventions.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for different training modalities (e.g., e-learning vs. virtual instructor-led) to determine the most effective delivery methods for specific learner groups and content.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for data analysis processes, reporting standards, and LMS administrative procedures to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related inquiries from the Learning & Development team, providing timely, accurate, and consultative analytical support.
- Champion a data-driven culture within the L&D team by training colleagues on how to access, interpret, and utilize learning analytics in their respective roles.

Required Skills & Competencies
