Primary Functions

- Conduct regular evaluations of the volunteer program's effectiveness, collecting feedback through surveys and interviews to identify areas for improvement and strategic growth.
- Collaborate with program managers and department heads to assess their volunteer needs and develop specific volunteer roles that align with organizational goals.
- Represent the organization at community fairs, networking events, and corporate partner meetings to promote volunteer opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
- Create and maintain up-to-date volunteer position descriptions, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and required commitments for all opportunities.
- Manage the volunteer program budget, including tracking expenses for recruitment materials, recognition items, and training resources.
