Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-quality workshops and support group sessions based on established curriculum and program goals.
  • Facilitate group discussions and activities, ensuring an inclusive, non-judgmental, and participatory environment for all attendees.

Minimum Education:

  • Previous experience as a facilitator for support groups, educational workshops, or community-based programs.
  • Experience working or volunteering within a non-profit, social services, or educational setting.
  • Completion of a formal facilitation, peer support, or counseling skills training program.
